BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
- Up to 45 days prior to arrival – no charge
- 44 – 30 days prior to arrival – 10% of total agreed package price
- 29 – 15 days prior to arrival – 30% of total agreed package price
- 14 – 7 days prior to arrival – 50% of total agreed package
- 6 – 3 days prior to arrival – 80% of total agreed package price
- 2 days prior to arrival or no show – 100% of total agreed package price
BOOKING REDUCTION POLICY
- Up to 45 days prior to arrival – no charge
- 44 – 30 days prior to arrival – 30% of total number of pax with no extra charge, more than 30% will be charged 10% of total agreed package price
- 29 – 15 days prior to arrival – 20% of total number of pax with no extra charge, more than 20% will be charged 20% of total agreed package price
- 14 – 7 days prior to arrival – 10% of total number of pax with no extra charge, more than 10% will be charged 30% of total agreed package price
- 6 – 3 days prior to arrival – 5% of total number of pax with no extra charge, more than 10% will be charged 50% of total agreed package price
- 2 days prior to arrival or no show – 100% charge of total agreed package price
RESTAURANTS AND ATTRACTIONS POLICY | ||
· If meal in restaurant is cancelled one day prior to arrival it will be charged 30% of the price | ||
· If meal in restaurant is cancelled on the day of arrival it will be charged full price
· If a restaurant reservation made through us is canceled and subsequently rebooked directly with the restaurant, a penalty fee of 100% will apply for the service. |

ADDITIONAL ROOM POLICY
- Any change in the number of rooms exceeding the initial request will be additionally charged.
- Hotels operate with dynamic pricing, and prices for additional rooms may differ from the original booking.
- There is a small probability of additional rooms being available. In such cases, the group may need to be split across multiple hotels, especially in high season.

Overtime Service
- Overtime service supplement of fifty euros/hrs. for driver (working hours of the driver and guide are 10 hours per day) and fifty euros/hrs. our tour lider.
Additional Notes
- International and domestic airfares, airport taxes and visa fees, personal expenses (laundry, telephone, etc.), and anything else not specified in the itinerary.
- Prices are not applicable on fair dates. We reserve the right to apply supplements or confirm hotels outside the affected city or in alternative cities should the tour include cities affected by a trade fair.
- Rates are per person based on twin share/double occupancy.
- Currency fluctuations of more than 3% or changes in local government taxes may result in price changes.
- All specified guide/assistance/interpreter languages (if requested) are subject to availability.
- Please be kindly advised and to inform all your clients that as of immediately, unless those assigned areas, smoking at the hotels in Europe is totally prohibited at all times. Penalty and fine may be charged to the client who violates this regulation, and to his tour leader if travelling in a group.
- Breakfast taken before 07:00 hours may incur a supplement.
- Most of the hotels in Europe are not air-conditioned. A supplement will be applied once if air-conditioning is requested, which causes the extra charge of hotel.
- Kindly note that the above hotels are for quotation purposes only. If these hotels do not have availability on specific dates, price is subject to change.
- These are reference prices and final rates to be given upon final confirmation and availability.
Room Policy
- Where triple rooms are required and hotels are unable to provide a triple room or an extra bed in a twin room, a twin and a single will be provided, and you will need to cover any additional costs incurred.
- If a hotel does not have a free single room, they may offer a twin room as single use or a double room as single use, charging at the twin or double room rate but for single occupancy.
Important Notes:
- MTS cannot be held responsible and will not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of any client’s personal belongings, accessories, or luggage.
- All specified guide/assistance/interpreter languages (if requested) are subject to availability.
- Please do not leave any personal belongings on the coach while it is parked; any items left are at your own risk.
- Your coach is fitted with seatbelts. It is the tour leader’s responsibility to remind the passengers to wear them.
- Please remind clients that where smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms, they will be liable to pay any penalties imposed by the hotel.
- Porterage is only provided at hotels if stated in the final itinerary
- Some hotels do not provide Porterage or require cash paid on the spot.
- For any unused hotel Porterage services, please ask the hotel to stamp the voucher to proceed with refund. Without a stamp, a refund will not be possible.
- All timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions. The duration is estimated on normal traffic conditions; delays due to road conditions or accidents, etc., are not under our control or responsibility.
- Access to some attractions may be limited or more difficult due to adverse weather conditions.
- Meals are only provided where stated in the attached itinerary.
- Some restaurants will not allow clients to bring their own food inside.
- Amendment of time, hotels, coaches, restaurants, or menu on the spot might not be refundable.
- When hotel is not booked by us (under your or clients’ own arrangement), we can not guarantee that we can book through coach driver’s accommodation at the same hotel. Supplement would be applied once if driver had to work overtime. We are not responsible for any delay or complaint due to this. We would recommend that you can book the same hotel for through coach driver to avoid any extra cost or problem mentioned above.
- Meal times at hotels must be confirmed locally.
- For any amendments requested on the spot, you must contact our MTS office.
- Any extra requirements must be paid in cash on the spot.
Additional Policies
- Coach Air-conditioning during Summer Months:
a) The temperature can only be reduced by approximately 10/15 °C. Therefore, if the temperature outside is 40 °C, a coach may be able to cool down to 30 °C.
b) The process to cool the temperature takes at least 30 minutes and this can be longer if the coach is parked under the sun.
c) Each time the coach stops to let passengers off, the temperature will increase, and the cool down process has to start again.
d) As per EU regulation, drivers are not allowed to keep the engine on while the coach is parked; the engine can only be started once the group is on board. - Unless otherwise stated, coaches can drop off outside restaurants, subject to road and traffic conditions.
- As per EUR regulations, drivers are not permitted to keep engines running while the coach is parked. Air conditioning will only run when the group is on board.
- DVD/CV player on the coach (if any) might not work for all types of discs.
EU DRIVER REGULATION:
- All programs will be operated in accordance with EC Regulations and regarding drivers’ maximum driving time, maximum working time and compulsory resting periods.
- Maximum 12 working hours in one day
- Maximum 9 driving hours during a period of 13 hours in one day
- Night rest is 11 hours, which can be reduced to 9 hours, maximum 3 times a week
- Maximum working period of 6 days consecutively
- For French domestic tours:
- Minimum night rest is 12 hours
- Maximum working time is 12 hours
BALKAN DRIVER REGULATION:
- Maximum of 12 working hours per day
- Twice a week, working hours may be extended to 14 hours, or to 15 hours if the driver has an uninterrupted break of 3 hours during the working period.
- A driver may drive a maximum of 9 hours within a 12-hour period in a single day.
- The night rest period lasts 11 hours but can be reduced to 9 hours three times a week.
- The maximum working period for a driver is 6 days, after which they must take a break of 24 hours, or 45 hours after the second week of driving.
- When transporting the same group of passengers outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia, a driver may operate the vehicle for 12 consecutive days, after which they must take a break of 72 hours.
- Air Conditioning (AC) Usage in the Balkans:
- AC Operation: Air conditioning units in the Balkans are typically operated using a remote control. You will find the remote control either mounted on the wall near the unit or placed in a visible location in the room.
- Settings: Use the remote control to adjust the temperature, fan speed, and mode (cooling, heating, or fan-only). Most units display the current settings on a small screen.
- Modes:
- Cooling Mode: Usually marked with a snowflake symbol.
- Heating Mode: Marked with a sun symbol.
- Fan Mode: Marked with a fan symbol.
- Power On/Off: The remote will have a power button to turn the unit on and off. Ensure the unit is pointed towards the AC when pressing the button.
- Tips for Efficient Use:
- Keep windows and doors closed while the AC is running.
- Set the temperature to a comfortable level (usually 22–25°C).
- Avoid setting extreme temperatures, as it may cause the unit to work less efficiently.
- Children Policy:
- Children 1–3.99 years old do not pay and stay in the same room, no extra bed.
- Children 4-12 years old pay 75% of the package and stay in the same room with extra bed.
- Children over 12 years pay 100% of the package, requiring an extra room.
- Child sharing 1 twin room with 2 adults without bed is not allowed due to European fire regulations.
- Maximum 3 children with extra bed are allowed in 1 single group (It is subject to hotel’s availability). Child sharing 1 twin room with 1 adult is without reduction; sharing 1 twin room with 2 adults (extra bed is applied) would be 30% reduction.
- Offer Validity:
