For the needs of our Hard Rock Cafe Podgorica brand, we are looking for a new team member in the following job position in Podgorica:
FINANCE ASSISTANT
JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:
- Analyzes, plans and organizes tasks according to priorities;
- Provides records of the monitor and provides records of income and expenditure;
- Prepares data for the financial statements;
- Monitors financial transactions related to company operations;
- Enters data into the table of costs, debts and claims;
- Provides assistance during the administration process;
- Prepares various types of reports by order of the superior;
- Gives support to other sectors in the form of calculations, invoicing, searching and correcting errors;
- Deals with accounting records;
- Works on the records of debtors’ claims and establishes contact with them for the purpose of debt collection;
- Prepares reports for management;
- Prepares data and participates in revising of all types of controls;
- Prepares and implements periodic and annual reports;
- Cooperates with clients, banks and state institutions according to the company’s obligations;
- Proactively makes suggestions for improving processes and procedures in the finance department.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Work experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable, but not crucial (training provided according to brand standards);
- Excellent knowledge of English is needed, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an advantage;
- Orientation in achieving excellent results;
- Professional appearance and attitude;
- Proactivity, excellent communication skills and emphasis on soft skills;
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic;
- Punctuality and excellent organizational skills;
- Dedication and desire to grow within our brand;
- Eye for detail and accuracy.
