JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE: 

• Responsible for smooth operation of Hard Rock Cafe; 
• Handling cash and other forms of payment; 
• Providing accurate information about prices and services to the clients; 
• Responsible for monthly inventory control and reporting;  
• Maintaining the stock of the sales assortment at an adequate level;  
• Responsible for the financial operation of the shop; 
• Maintaining proper cash register balance; 
• Monitoring and assisting the supervisor in the performance of daily tasks; 
• Supervising and ensuring excellent customer service by team members; 
• Creating shift schedules for team members; 
• Responsible for operational problems that may raise; 
• Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and pleasantly set up;  
• Mentoring and teaching staff on suggestive selling using proven techniques (i.e., related items, higher-quality items, transitional phrases); 
• Display of goods according to brand standards; 
• Maintaining proper product stock levels – through retail pulls & inventories; 
• Solving client needs in a professional, fast and efficient manner; 
• Ensure great customer service at all levels; 
• Educating and attracting attention of all clients through product demonstrations; 
• Accommodation requirements for larger groups of tourist; 
• Keeping the store clean and tidy according to the brand standards. 

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 

• Work experience in the same or similar jobs is required; 
• Excellent knowledge of English is needed. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an advantage; 
• Orientation in achieving excellent results;  
• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed; 
• Professional appearance and attitude; 
• Proactivity, excellent communication skills and emphasize on soft skills;  
• Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic; 
• Punctuality and excellent organizational skills; 
• Dedication and desire to grow within our brand; 
• Eye for details and accuracy; 
• Mandatory driver’s license B category.
