“MONTENEGRO TOURIST SERVICE DMC” agency has been operating for more than 15 years in the Balkan region (Southeastern Europe) in the following countries: Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Albania, Macedonia, as well as in Hungary, Austria and Italy. We are engaged in group and individual travel, focusing on quality service through our infrastructure and network in these countries. We do customized programs for FIT travelers, MICE programs, business trips, luxury trips and transfers, as well as special programs and events up to our client requests. We are also developing online platforms for promotion and sales of our products.

Since we are strategically oriented towards the Chinese tourist market, we are looking for a new team member in the position: 

FIT Operation Officer

JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:

  •  Developing plans and annual content delivery strategy for partners for FIT travelers;
  •  Creating tailor-made programs for FIT travelers with incoming sector;
  • Communication with partners on a daily base;
  •  Creating content for digital communication platforms for FIT travelers;
  • Managing the agency website dedicated to FIT travelers;
  •  Preparing invitation letters (VISA isuess) for groups;
  • Monitoring industry trends to ensure effective communication;
  • · Performing all agency jobs that are oriented to this segment of travelers;
  •  Coordinating with managers of different sectors about the dynamics of activity;
  •  Performing other related tasks from time to time;
  •  Translating of promotional materials, texts, blogs and web content into Chinese.
Necessary Knowledge and Skills

  • Fluent knowledge of the Chinese language is a must – reading, writing, and communicating.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language is needed.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital platforms dedicated to FIT travelers (Chinese digital and social media marketing channels such as WeChat, AliTrip, Ctrip, etc.).
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • A driving license of “B” category is a plus.
  • Initiative, responsibility, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Ability to proactively, independently, and reliably work in short time frames in a fast environment.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
