“MONTENEGRO TOURIST SERVICE DMC” agency has been operating for more than 15 years in the Balkan region (Southeastern Europe) in the following countries: Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Albania, Macedonia, as well as in Hungary, Austria and Italy. We are engaged in group and individual travel, focusing on quality service through our infrastructure and network in these countries. We do customized programs for FIT travelers, MICE programs, business trips, luxury trips and transfers, as well as special programs and events up to our client requests. We are also developing online platforms for promotion and sales of our products.
Since we are strategically oriented towards the Chinese tourist market, we are looking for a new team member in the position:
Groups Operation Officer
JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:
- Developing plans and an annual content delivery strategy for partners for group travelers;
- Creation and execution of the programs for group travelers;
- Communication with partners on a daily basis;
- Creating the content for digital communication platforms for group travelers in coordination with the digital marketing team;
- Preparation of invitation letters (VISA issues) for groups;
- Translation of promotional materials, blogs and websites into Chinese;
- Monitoring industry trends to ensure effective communication;
- Performing all agency jobs that are oriented to group travelers;
- Coordination with managers of different sectors about the dynamics of activity;
- Opportunity to work as a Tour Leader;
- Performing other related tasks from time to time.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Fluent knowledge of the Chinese language is a must – reading, writing and communicating;
- Excellent knowledge of English is needed;
- Extensive knowledge of digital sales platforms as well as Chinese digital and social media marketing channels such as WeChat, AliTrip, Ctrip, etc. ;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Initiative, responsibility, organization, attention to detail and teamwork;
- Ability to proactively, independently and reliably work in short time frames in a fast environment;
- Multitasking skills, organizing and prioritizing tasks;
- Work in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
