For the needs of our Hard Rock Cafe Podgorica brand, we are looking for a new team member for the following job positions in Podgorica:
1.HOST
JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:
- Welcoming and thanking guests;
- Answering questions – accurately and politely;
- Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area;
- Answering phone and making table reservations;
- Directing guests to areas and restrooms;
- Providing security for co-workers, guests and celebrities;
- Assisting servers, bussers and managers;
- Performing opening, closing & side duties – cleaning glass, polishing brass, sweeping & vacuuming the floor, wiping menus, restroom maintenance, etc.,
- Assuring the complete satisfaction of every guest;
- Creating memorable experiences.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere;
- Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency;
- Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers;
- Must be the minimum legal age to be employed;
- Maintaining a well-groomed appearance;
- Following all uniform guidelines;
- Practicing all general safety and sanitation standards;

2.BARTENDER
JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:
- Work in a retail facility of Hard Rock Shops;
- Making cocktails, preparing coffee;
- Demonstrating responsible alcohol service;
- Properly checking I.D.s – for guests who appear to be under the legal drinking age;
- Maintaining proper cash drawer balances;
- Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge;
- Suggestive selling – using proven techniques;
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area;
- Taking care of the good organization of the bar;
- Taking care of the supply of drinks;
- Stocking liquor, beer, wine and glassware during the shift;
- Properly labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepped items for the bar;
- Maintaining a proper 3-compartment sink – properly sanitizing equipment, utensils, and glassware;
- Performing opening, closing & side duties – setting up/breaking down the bar, cleaning glass/countertops, sweeping the floor, etc.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Work experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable, but not crucial (training provided according to brand standards);
- Excellent knowledge of English is needed, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an advantage;
- Orientation in achieving excellent results;
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed;
- Professional appearance and attitude;
- Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere;
- Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail;

3.SERVER
JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:
- Taking guests’ orders;
- Serving food and drinks;
- Handling cash & other forms of payment;
- Making proficient sales transactions – using a point-of-sale system;
- Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge;
- Suggestive selling – using proven techniques;
- Answering questions – accurately and politely;
- Satisfying all needs of the guests;
- Maintaining a clean and organized station;
- Performing opening, closing & side duties – setting up/breaking down station, refilling condiments, cleaning ashtrays, etc.
- Demonstrating knowledge of all table/station numbers;
- Resetting tables.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Work experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable, but not crucial (training provided according to brand standards);
- Excellent knowledge of English is needed, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an advantage;
- Orientation in achieving excellent results;

4.DISHWASHER
JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:
- Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts dishes;
- Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks;
- Properly washes, stacks, and stores glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers;
- Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas;
- Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations;
- Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.;
- Follows strict procedures, standards and guidelines.

5.CLEANING LADY
JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:
- Vacuuming and cleaning all floor surfaces;
- Dusting the tables and furniture;
- Cleaning and disinfection of toilets, sinks and kitchen elements;
- Emptying waste bins;
- Washing and cleaning windows and other glass surfaces;
- Communication with the manager to ensure that you always have enough cleaning supplies;
- Reporting any breakages that occurs during the cleaning process;
- Informing the manager about the repairs that need to be done.
