JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Working in Rock Shop retail stores; 

• Operating the cash register – handling cash and card transactions; 

• Displaying merchandise according to brand standards; 

• Addressing customer needs in a professional, prompt, and efficient manner; 

• Providing accurate information on prices and services; 

• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations; 

• Selling the merchandise assortment to customers; 

• Keeping the store clean and organized in line with brand standards; 

• Maintaining stock levels of the merchandise assortment. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 

• Work experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable, but not essential (training provided according to brand standards); 

• Excellent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage; 

• Results-oriented; 

• Proactive with strong communication skills; 

• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed; 

• Precision and organizational skills; 

• Dedication and willingness to learn.
